About
Stephanie Harrington, MScN, CNS, LD

Stephanie practices nutrition through a whole-person approach, recognizing that food, mindset, self-care, and connection are all essential components of wellness. As a nutritionist, her role is to listen closely to both you and your body’s internal cues, offering compassionate guidance, support, and accountability along the way. She is passionate about integrating nutrition science, mind-body healing, and food relationship coaching to create individualized plans that support sustainable, long-term change.

Her deep curiosity about the mind-body connection led her to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island, followed by a Master’s degree in Nutrition Science from the National University of Natural Medicine. The combination of cognitive psychology and nutritional science forms the foundation of her practice.

Stephanie has advanced training in functional nutrition, with a focus on digestive health, women's health and skin conditions. She is deeply committed to meeting clients exactly where they are in their health journey—helping them understand the root causes of their symptoms and feel empowered to take meaningful steps toward healing and thriving.
